The Director of Propertyplans is Gareth Anderson, a Building Surveyor with over 20 years of experience working in the private and public sectors.

For 10 years, Gareth worked in local government gaining an expansive and in-depth understanding of how local planning authorities and Local Authority Building Control operate, and how best to present development proposals to the local authorities.

Forming Propertyplans in 2002, Gareth's reputation has been built on a range of accomplished products, supported by a reliable and fast service which our clients have come to appreciate.  Our understanding of client needs is based on a background of projects covering many disciplines of the property industry.

Propertyplans has developed excellent working relationships with planning authorities and Somerset Building Control Partnership and works closely with other consultants such as structural engineers, ecologists, energy rating assessors, arboriculturalists and planning consultants as required fo reach individual project.

We believe that the process of producing new builds or modifying existing builds should be enjoyable, which is why we listen to our clients, involving them in every step of the process, ensuring they have input into the project. It is our philosophy to provide a service that is not only professional, but delivers on time and within budget.
